I work with people experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, and life transitions.
People who are going through a difficult time may find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. If you're concerned about ways you're coping or the ways your difficult experiences are impacting your life, I will work with you to build self-compassion, to find new ways of caring for yourself, and to make changes that support you in building the life you want to live. Whatever you have been through in the past, I will help you be able to live more fully in the present.
I see many clients who are LGBTQ, who are polyamorous, who are kinky, or who work or have previously worked in the sex industry. Whatever identities and experiences you hold, I respect your expertise on your own life and will seek to understand you on your own terms.
Our work together may include talk therapy, Attachment-Focused EMDR, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and somatic and expressive arts practices. Therapy is an individualized process. We will collaborate to find what will be most helpful to you.
The presence of a dog can be quite healing for many people. My therapy-assistant Babka is available for most online and in-person sessions.
